The Correctional Peace Officers Foundation is proud to recognize Isabel Saumell as a returning 2026 scholarship recipient.

Now continuing her education at Stephen F. Austin State University, Isabel represents the determination, commitment, and promise that the CPOF Scholarship Program was created to support. As she continues pursuing her educational goals, this scholarship helps ease the financial burden of higher education and allows her to remain focused on her future.

Isabel’s scholarship is made possible through the membership of her mother, Jill Saumell, who serves with Walker County Juvenile Services in Texas.
