J H Lilley Correctional Center – Oklahoma

CSO III Andrew Freppon was involved in a head-on collission in July of 2024. He sustained significant injuries and was hospitalized for a short time, needing surgery. Volunteer Field Representative Debbie Moore was able to present this catastrophic assistance package to Officer Freppon.  

North Carolina – Hurricane Helene

Probation and Parole Officer II Rebecca Loftis completely lost her home in Hurricane Helene. CPOF was able to be there in the aftermath to provide need to her and her family.  

Pelican Bay – California

In 2015, Correctional Officer Joshua Hayes daughter, Chloe, was born with a heart murmur that has since caused her many complications. Correctional Officer Raequail Batton of Bacon Probation Detention Center in Georgia was affected by Hurrican Helene. Correctional Officer V Latoya Turner – TDCJ
