Perry Correctional Institution Correctional Officer Bobby Samples is mourning the heartbreaking loss of his daughter, Olivia Samples, who tragically passed away on January 30, 2025.

During this incredibly difficult time, the Samples family needed assistance with burial expenses. Officer Samples was referred to our Catastrophic Assistance Program by CPOF Field Representative Gary Evans, Associate Warden Joseph Werts, and Warden Curtis Early. We were honored to step in and offer our support to help ease the financial burden as the family navigated this unimaginable loss.
