Retired Training Instructor James Morgan, who served with the Office of Staff Development and Training (OSDT) in North Carolina, recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of his wife, Peggy, on March 18, 2025, following her courageous battle with cancer.

Mr. Morgan was referred to our Catastrophic Assistance Program by CPOF Field Representative Scott Bauer. The CPOF Board of Directors and its supporting members were honored to extend assistance to him during this difficult time.

We will continue to keep Mr. Morgan in our thoughts and prayers as he grieves the loss of his beloved wife.
