J H Lilley Correctional Center – Oklahoma

On March 8, 2024, Lieutenant Randall Robinson of J H Lilley Correctional Center in Oklahoma passed away. He had battled kidney failure for years and never fully recovered after COVID.

Volunteer Field representative Debbie Moore shared the situation with the catastrophic assistance program at CPOF to ensure his wife and family were taken care of.  Following the presentation of a catastrophic assistance package, Latricia (Lieutenant Robinson’s widow) reached out to thank CPOF again for the blessing. She shared that as a result, we was able to purchase a grave stone for his burial site and shared photos of it with us.
