Correctional Officer V Latoya Turner’s husband was severely burned in September. He was hospitalized over 100 miles away and needed to undergo multiple surgeries as a part of his recovery. CPOF was able to assist with medical travel expenses. Officer Turner is from TDCJ’s Boyd Unit.
