Catastrophic Assistance in Arkansas

Records Supervisor Daisha Thompson of Central Arkansas Community Correction Center was recently assisted by CPOF’s Catastrophic Assistance Program. Her husband, David, has been diagnosed with end-stage COPD. He is seen over 380 miles away for treatments related to a double lung transplant. After receiving her assistance packet, Daisha sent in the following:

“Good morning! I received the check yesterday and would like to thank CPOF for it’s continued support. My husband has appointments in St. Louis next week and your generosity ensures that we can cover all expenses related thereto.”

Thank you to our supporting membership for allowing us to continue to Take Care of Our Own!
