Major Ransfer’s 4-month-old son Kai was born with a bilateral complete cleft palate with a cleft lip. CPOF’s catastrophic assistance program was able to assist the Ransfer family with medical costs.

We are thankful to our supporting membership for allowing us the opportunity to be there for this correctional family during their time of need. Baby Kai remains in our thoughts and prayers.
