Associate Warden David Jacobs and CPOF’s Florida Field Representative John Kolodziej knew Correctional Officer Travis Barrow was in need of help and made sure CPOF was there to answer the call.  Early in 2025, Officer Barrow was diagnosed with neuro plasma of the brain and out on leave without pay. The Okaloosa Correctional Institution officer has a pregnant wife (due in March 2025) and 2 year-old son at home.
