On January 7, 2025, Cook Tracey Green of FCC Forrest City was in need of catastrophic assistance. She had surgery on her hand and had been out of work for several weeks. She was able to return to work on light duty but had remaining medical bills and continues to accrue them while traveling to physical therapy.
