Retired Correctional Warden Jeff Kiser maintained his membership after his retirement from Red Onion Correctional Center in Virginia.

On July, 28, 2023, Retired Warden Kiser’s wife passed away due to Cancer.  CPOF was there to help with funeral and burial expenses.
