We would like to wish safe travels to the CPOF National Honor Guard Team, Board of Directors, staff and field representatives as they make their way to the funeral of Detention Sergeant Russell Jones, a detention officer with the Pamlico County Sheriff’s Office.

Jones, 36, worked as a detention officer with the sheriff’s office since June 2019. We ask that you keep his family, friends and department in your thoughts and prayers as they lay their loved one to rest.
