CPOF Scholarship Recipient Tyler Norton from Union City, Oklahoma will be attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in Kinesiology.

Tyler’s father, Senior Officer Specialist Travis Norton, is a supporting member at FCI El Reno.

Upon receiving his scholarship, Tyler wrote in to CPOF:

“Dear Board of Directors:

Thank you very much for selecting me as a Correctional Peace Officers scholarship recipient. I was extremely honored to receive the award.

I was able to purchase all of my first semester textbooks with this scholarship. It was a tremendous help for my financial situation and I am very grateful for the support I received from your Foundation.
