Mr. Benny Kinsey began his career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2020 as the Recruiting Director II. In 2021, he became the Deputy Director of the Training and Leader Development Division. Prior to joining TDCJ, Mr. Kinsey’s extensive background included being a Recruiting Director for the United States Army. While with TDCJ, he was supportive of the efforts of the Texas Field reps, Cathy Stokes, Eileen Kennedy and Kelli Forrester.

Not only does CPOF wish to thank Mr. Kinsey for being a supporting member and supportive during his tenure,  but we’d also like to thank him for his personal contribution of $1,000 to CPOF. Supporting membership and generous contributions such as these are the sole reason CPOF is able to continue to help correctional staff during their darkest hour.
