One of the highlights for many at PROJECT 2000 is the pageantry of the National Honor Guard and the performances led by the CPOF Pipe Band. Both interact with one another so flawlessly that you’d think they’d been doing it since the beginning of time.

Gil Arizmendi, the bugler for the National Honor Guard Team, joined the CPOF Pipe Band for a beautiful tribute during Saturday’s Recognition Luncheon that we are proud and excited to share with you.
