Correctional Case Manager II Ashley Wolzen serves at Jess Dunn Correctional Center, a minimum-security facility located in Taft, Oklahoma.

Ashley has been diagnosed with several serious medical conditions, including hyperparathyroidism, chronic hypocalcemia, Addison’s disease and secondary adrenal insufficiency. These conditions have resulted in extended hospital stays and intermittent absences from work. Ashley is currently on leave without pay while navigating her ongoing medical care.

In addition to facing these significant health challenges, Ashley is the mother of three children between the ages of 9 and 12.

After learning about Ashley’s circumstances, Deputy Warden Kaitlyn Arnold and Debbie Moore referred her to the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation for catastrophic assistance. Following a review of the supporting documentation, CPOF was honored to provide financial assistance to Ashley and her family during this difficult time.

We hope this assistance helps ease some of the financial strain they are experiencing and reminds Ashley that she is not facing these challenges alone. The CPOF family sends its continued support and best wishes to Ashley and her children.
