The Correctional Peace Officers Foundation is proud to recognize Jaskirat Sangha as a 2026 CPOF scholarship recipient.

Jaskirat, the son of Harnek Singh Sangha of Wasco State Prison in California, is continuing his education at California State University, Stanislaus as he works toward completing his college degree.

This year marks Jaskirat’s second CPOF scholarship, recognizing his continued dedication to higher education and his commitment to achieving his academic goals.

One of the greatest strengths of the CPOF Scholarship Program is its ability to support students throughout their educational journey. While receiving a scholarship is a tremendous honor, returning recipients like Jaskirat demonstrate the perseverance, determination, and continued commitment required to successfully progress through college.

Each scholarship awarded represents more than financial assistance—it represents an investment in the future of correctional families. Through the generosity of CPOF members and supporters, students like Jaskirat are able to continue building the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for successful careers and meaningful contributions to their communities.

We are proud to continue supporting Jaskirat as he advances his education and congratulate him on receiving this well-deserved scholarship for a second time. We wish him continued success as he works toward completing his degree and pursuing the opportunities that lie ahead.
