Scholarship Spotlight: Rosalynn Bashaw

The Correctional Peace Officers Foundation is proud to recognize Rosalynn Bashaw as a 2026 CPOF scholarship recipient.

Rosalynn, the daughter of a correctional professional at the Federal Correctional Institution Forrest City in Arkansas, is continuing her education at the University of Arkansas at Monticello after graduating from Wynne High School in 2025.

This year marks Rosalynn’s second time receiving a CPOF scholarship, reflecting her continued commitment to pursuing higher education and building a successful future.

One of the goals of the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation Scholarship Program is not only to help students begin their college journey, but to continue supporting them as they work toward completing their degrees. Returning recipients like Rosalynn are a wonderful reminder of the lasting impact these scholarships can have throughout a student’s educational experience.

Behind every scholarship award is a correctional family that has invested countless hours serving their communities, and students like Rosalynn who continue investing in themselves through higher education. The Foundation is honored to play a small role in helping ease the financial burden of college so recipients can remain focused on achieving their academic goals.

We congratulate Rosalynn on another successful year and are proud to continue supporting her educational journey. We look forward to seeing all she accomplishes as she continues working toward her future.
