A corporation, business or an individual becomes a Lifetime Sponsor of the CPO Foundation by donating $5,000. This donation usually is made in its entirely at one time; however, it can be made in increments if so desired by the entity desiring to be a Lifetime Sponsor. Corporations or individuals who recognize the importance of the Corrections industry, who value and respect the contribution of Corrections practitioners to the field of law enforcement, and who wish to support Correctional Officers and their families in times of need are invited to consider becoming Lifetime Sponsors of the CPO Foundation. Each Lifetime Corporate Sponsor receives a special Plaque from the CPO Foundation for display at the corporation's headquarters. (Individual Lifetime Sponsors also receive a Plaque.)
